Mark has 10 years direct experience in the ATM market, as well as 30 years experience in HR and customer relations. He is the Business Development Director in Mandrake.ATM, managing all strategic relationships and business growth projects and developments.
Mark has a solid knowledge of every aspect of the ATM industry in Australia, and has sold ATMs to international banks, national banks, credit unions, whilst at the same time growing Mandrake.ATM.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Theology (Australian College of Theology, 1988), and a Master of Business Administration (QUT, 2003).
Prior to his role with Mandrake.ATM, he had 22 years in the Royal Australian Navy and retired as a Senior Naval Officer and has five national and international force medals.

Alexander founded Mandrake.ATM in 2004. With his highly developed research and analytical skills, he keeps the company focused on strategic growth, software, business systems, and internet marketing as the most cost effective marketing strategy. Thanks to his solid guidance, Mandrake.ATM has developed its own complete in-house ATM business management software which streamlines and automates every aspect of the company’s operations, from daily terminal transactions data through every step up to direct entry banking files for every Mandrake.ATM location.
Alexander holds a Master of Arts (University of Ljubljana, 1992) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science and International Relations (Australian National University, 1998).
Prior to commencing Mandrake.ATM, Alexander was an academic researcher at Macquarie University and the University of New South Wales, and consulted for international academic institutions and Australian Government departments.
